Nicola is a native New Yorker that started her career in the tech industry. She spent her early 20s working for other organizations when she realized what many work environments were lacking, leadership! She strives to make organizations happier, well balanced, community focused places that inspire employees with purpose. Her favorite things to do are roam around the West Village on summer evenings, and trying every noodle dish NYC restaurants have to offer. Nicola completed her Masterโs Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2020.
